The Hand to Hand Program is a non-sectarian program providing mentoring and supportive services to teens who are pregnant or parenting for the first time. Our trained mentors and staff assist young mothers in postponing a second pregnancy, having healthy babies, learning and using good parenting skills and achieving educational and career goals. Over 1500 teens have received services from the Hand to Hand program since it began in 1989.
