Receptionist/Assistant for ABLE Financial Literacy and Far West Families First (Murphy)
Part-time Receptionist/Assistant for ABLE financial Literacy and Far West Families First (FWFF) Programs, Office of Economic Opportunity, Catholic Social Services (OEO/CSS) - Responsible for handling inquiries, informational referral, scheduling and monitoring of educational offerings of the OEO/CSS. Supports overall program goals of the OEO/CSS. Position reports to the Program Director, OEO/CSS. Work based in Murphy, with travel within Cherokee, Clay, Graham and Swain counties necessary at times. Regularly scheduled evening work one day per week and occasional trips outside of four-county service area. Up to 21 hrs/wk, with limited benefits, at $12/hour. Position is grant-funded through January 2010, with continuation contingent upon community need and additional funding. H.S. diploma required, additional education preferred with a minimum of two years work with a social service or community development organization.
